First Visit

When you enter the treatment room, a brief health history will be conducted (first visit only) to make sure reflexology is a good fit for you. Then the premise of the treatment will be explained and any questions will be discussed. Once you are comfortable on the table—face up under the sheet with socks off—feet are cleaned and the treatment will begin.

•Make time for an extra 10-15 minutes after treatment to accommodate for intake forms and aftercare.

•Wear comfortable pants.

•Be well hydrated.

Please notify if you have mobility issues or need any type of assistance prior to booking a treatment.

An official insurance receipt will be given at the end of each reflexology session which you can submit to your insurance company. It is recommended to check with your insurance provider to see what services are covered.
