About Us

Breanne Nash is the owner and creator of City Stasis Reflexology. She received her diploma for Esthetics and Spa Management through Loyalist College and is a Certified Foot Reflexologist with the Ontario College of Reflexology.

Through her own life experiences and health journey, Breanne came to appreciate the complexity of the body and the importance of listening to the messages they send. The need for more education and public awareness of reflexology became apparent, inspiring the beginning of City Stasis Reflexology.

Breanne has a passion for helping others and assisting them in their own journey of healing and healthy living.
